우리 연구실은 고려대학교 의과대학 산하의 미토콘드리아 유전자 교정 연구실이고, 미토콘드리아 유전자
편집기술을 개발하고 향상시켜 적용하는 연구를
하고 있습니다.
이러한 기술을 이용하여 미토콘드리아 질환을 치료하고 아직 풀지 못한 미토콘드리아 유전학 및 유전체의 실마리를 찾고자 합니다.
Our laboratory is an advanced mitochondrial genome editing laboratory under the Korea University College of Medicine. We are conducting research to develop and improve mitochondrial genome editing technology. Using these technologies, we hope to treat mitochondrial diseases and find clues to mitochondrial genetics and genomics that have not yet been solved.
